What you will do

  • Qualify warm inbound leads primarily via telephone and email communication.
  • Nurture all inbound leads through to qualification for the inside sales team.
  • Create a great first impression for prospects and customers.
  • Identify customer needs to determine if Lightspeed solutions are a good fit.
  • Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats, and referrals.
  • Utilize Salesforce to ensure all communications are logged and identified.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to develop strategies to grow the sales pipeline and meet goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or customer facing experience.
  • Experience in technology (software, mobile or other).
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
