What you will do
- Qualify warm inbound leads primarily via telephone and email communication.
- Nurture all inbound leads through to qualification for the inside sales team.
- Create a great first impression for prospects and customers.
- Identify customer needs to determine if Lightspeed solutions are a good fit.
- Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats, and referrals.
- Utilize Salesforce to ensure all communications are logged and identified.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to develop strategies to grow the sales pipeline and meet goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or customer facing experience.
- Experience in technology (software, mobile or other).
- Fluency in French and English is required.
