Regional Sales Manager: Drive business development for broadband, cable, and fiber products in the Mid-Atlantic US with an accent on maintaining and growing sales within designated territory and effective customer relationships. Location: This position requires maintaining a remote office and traveling 50% of the time overnight within the Mid-Atlantic Territory (PA, NY, NJ, MD, DE, VA, WV, and DC). This role is based in the US.
Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 annually, plus Sales Incentive Plan, benefits, and additional incentives.

What you will do
- Maintain and grow sales for broadband customers in telecommunications (wireless and wireline), utilities, and municipalities markets.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through timely and professional support and technical training.
- Represent the company at trade activities within the assigned territory, including shows and conferences.
- Provide Sales Leadership with timely information on product quality, training, customer concerns, and competitive data.
- Utilize CRM for forecasting, account activity, and funnel growth.
- Manage Rep Firms within the designated territory as appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (highly preferred) or additional years of field sales experience.
- 3 or more years of field sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, fiber, and/or optical product sales.
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time overnight (Monday - Friday is typical).
- Possess a competitive nature and a strong drive for success with clear career goals.
