Sales Development Representative, Team Lead (Healthtech)

Sales Development Team Lead (Healthtech): Building and scaling the outbound sales motion and leading a high-performing SDR team. Focus on coaching, developing, and improving prospecting skills, messaging, and conversion rates.
Location: NYC or Boston. Hybrid

What you will do
- Own a personal outbound pipeline, researching accounts and creating strategies to engage key decision-makers.
- Coach, mentor, and support BDRs to improve prospecting skills and conversion rates.
- Continuously test and refine outreach tactics to improve engagement rates and uncover new lead sources.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and optimize the go-to-market approach.
Requirements
- 3+ years of SDR or BDR experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Prior experience mentoring, training or leading BDRs required.
- Proficiency with modern GTM tech stack— Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach/Salesloft preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into healthcare, dental, or AI-related industries is a plus.
