Senior Product Designer (SaaS)

Location: Remote across the Americas and EMEA

Salary: $220,000 annually plus equity

What you will do

• Own complex product design problems from discovery through production and iteration.
• Work with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities, shape priorities, and define what gets built.
• Design clear workflows for developers, including information architecture, states, edge cases, errors, and interactions.
• Talk directly with customers and use qualitative and quantitative evidence to guide decisions.
• Contribute interaction patterns, visual improvements, critiques, and design practice development.
• Improve reusable systems and ways of working that help the design team deliver effectively.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience solving complex product problems in B2B, SaaS, developer tools, or comparable environments.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, make trade-offs, and influence product direction.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, including hierarchy, typography, spacing, composition, and polish.
• Experience working closely with customers, Product, and Engineering through implementation and follow-up.
• Ability to communicate clearly and take ownership in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Understanding of technical constraints and comfort using prototypes, code, or modern AI tools to learn and move faster.
