Staff Product Designer (AI)

Location: New York, hybrid

Salary: $250K plus equity

hirify.global builds an AI-powered sales platform that analyzes in-person sales conversations, automates administrative workflows, and provides real-time visibility for sales managers and executives.

What you will do

• Own product design quality, consistency, polish, and end-to-end product craft.
• Build the design system, reusable patterns, and principles that scale with the product.
• Design mobile and web application surfaces as well as AI interactions.
• Create working prototypes rapidly with modern AI tools and bring the broader team into the prototyping process.
• Plan and conduct user research, including customer visits and ride-alongs with field sales teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM leadership, and the Founder/CEO to frame problems, influence the roadmap, and define product direction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with quantifiable results.
• Exceptional interaction and visual design craft, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Daily fluency with modern AI prototyping tools and enough coding knowledge to make ideas real.
• Systems-thinking ability combined with strong attention to detail.
• Experience conducting customer-focused research and working directly with users in the field.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and own design decisions across the full product surface.

Nice to have

• Experience working on AI agents, spoken-conversation data, or fragmented business systems.
• Experience in a high-growth Series B company or another product-led startup environment.
