What you will do
- Manage and oversee the operational side of the sales process, from proposal creation to delivery completion.
- Build, maintain, and facilitate product price calculators, product costs, and delivery costs in collaboration with other departments.
- Manage, maintain, and decline processes in the company CRM.
- Initiate, coordinate, and monitor the sales-to-delivery workflow.
- Lead and Manage tender related processes.
- Work with finance teams to compile company forecast and revenue recognition from CRM to finance teams.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
- Experience managing end-to-end sales processes, proposals, pricing, and contracts.
- Strong understanding of purchasing/procurement and supplier management.
- Excellent project management, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with CRM systems and SaaS/technology companies.
Nice to have
- Spanish or other languages is an advantage
