What you will do

• Understand the summit delegate target audience for each event.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for events.
• Promote summits to potential attendees through direct marketing campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on email marketing campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing KPIs are reached.
• Use the corporate database through our CRM system daily.

Requirements

• Excellent communications skills in English is essential for this role (verbal and written).
• 2 years of direct marketing experience in a corporate environment is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in Business Administration or Marketing is preferable.
• Familiarity with databases, email marketing tools, and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) is a strong advantage.
• Strong content creation skills and experience using various tools would be preferred.
• Attention to detail, exceptional communication and writing skills.
