• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends for cloud backup solutions. • Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that differentiate MSP360’s offerings in the market. • Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. • Sales Enablement: Create and deliver sales tools, presentations, and training materials to empower the sales team to effectively communicate product benefits and close deals. • Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging marketing assets, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and webinars. • Customer Advocacy: Partner with customers to develop testimonials, success stories, and feedback loops to enhance product credibility. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product strategies are well-integrated and supported across the organization. • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry. • Strong understanding of cloud backup solutions, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace ecosystems. • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in creating customer-centric messaging and sales enablement tools. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Highly collaborative with excellent project management skills.Будьте осторожны: если вас просят войти в iCloud/Google, прислать код/пароль, запустить код/ПО, не делайте этого - это мошенники.
