In this role, you will bridge the gap between product development, sales, and customers, ensuring our product messaging resonates with our target audience and drives measurable business outcomes.

Now we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategies for our flagship product. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product development, sales, and customers, ensuring our product messaging resonates with our target audience and drives measurable business outcomes.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends for cloud backup solutions. •
Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that differentiate MSP360’s offerings in the market. •
Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. •
Sales Enablement: Create and deliver sales tools, presentations, and training materials to empower the sales team to effectively communicate product benefits and close deals. •
Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging marketing assets, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and webinars. •
Customer Advocacy: Partner with customers to develop testimonials, success stories, and feedback loops to enhance product credibility. •
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product strategies are well-integrated and supported across the organization. •
Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies.✅ Requirements:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. •
3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry. •
Strong understanding of cloud backup solutions, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace ecosystems. •
Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns. •
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. •
Experience in creating customer-centric messaging and sales enablement tools. •
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. •
Highly collaborative with excellent project management skills.English B2 is a must.
