We’re looking for a Growth Manager to optimize traffic monetization across our projects through data-driven experimentation and real-time performance analysis.

This role focuses on evaluating traffic quality, identifying audience segments, and improving offer selection and routing logic to maximize CR, EPL, and ROI.

You will work hands-on with traffic data, run experiments, and collaborate closely with developers and analytics to implement and scale effective monetization solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze traffic performance and monetization results using CR, EPL, ROI, and other real-time metrics.
- Evaluate traffic quality and identify high- and low-performing audience segments.
- Generate hypotheses and run A/B tests across offers, flows, and monetization logic.
- Optimize offer selection, routing, and monetization algorithms to improve conversion and revenue.
- Monitor performance dynamics and quickly react to anomalies or drops.
- Work closely with developers and analytics to implement tests and performance improvements.
- Systematize experiments, results, and insights to support scaling.

Your Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, traffic monetization, or growth roles.
- Strong understanding of real-time performance metrics (CR, EPL, ROI, RPC).
- Hands-on experience with traffic analysis and audience segmentation.
- Proven experience running and analyzing A/B tests.
- Confidence working with large datasets and analytical tools.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into actions.
