What you will do
- Analyze user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement improvements.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg to gather actionable insights.
- Create detailed reports on test results, performance metrics, and provide recommendations.
- Optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, checkout processes, and other key conversion points.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Marketing Specialist role or a related digital marketing/UX role.
- Demonstrated experience in increasing conversion rates through data-driven strategies, testing, and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics.
- Proven ability to analyze user behavior, website performance, and customer journeys to identify conversion opportunities.
- Ability to present clear conversion performance reports, actionable insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Industry experience in Forex or iGaming.
- Experience with other CRO/analytics tools such as Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO, or Optimizely.
