Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Nicosia, or Greece

What you will do

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet predefined goals.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation for effective campaign targeting.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and performance summaries for stakeholders.
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring and data analysis.
  • Manage advertising budgets and allocate funds based on performance and ROI.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand market strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful campaign execution.

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, META ads, X ads, Tik Tok ads, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for informed decisions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
