Location: Hybrid work in Limassol or Nicosia, Cyprus

What you will do
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies against defined business goals.
- Research and segment audiences to improve campaign targeting.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs and return on investment.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend across campaigns based on performance.
- Prepare performance reports, competitor analysis, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and track developments in performance marketing.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Data Studio.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
