hirify.global is a global market leader providing innovative AI-enhanced technology and a cloud-based platform, and acquired Moveworks in December 2025 to combine workflow automation with Agentic AI capabilities.

What you will do

  • Oversee market success of hirify.global's Moveworks AI products.
  • Support territory strategy and planning for vertical understanding and account use case targeting.
  • Help customers envision the value of digital transformation and support strategy development.
  • Interlock with Solution Consultants on the Capability Roadmap.
  • Coach Account Executives, ADRs, and ACEs on specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities.
  • Customize time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team.

Requirements

  • Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 5+ years of knowledge on return on investment of specialty solution areas.
  • Experience as an Account Executive or in alternative sales/customer service roles.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • Travel required: 30-50%.
