What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop SDRs, providing a clear career path towards Account Executive roles.
- Develop and implement a global SDR strategy to increase lead generation, qualification, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure a seamless pipeline flow.
- Introduce data-driven performance and coaching methods to increase SDR productivity.
- Establish and improve best practices for prospecting, outreach, and qualification.
- Drive the strategic evolution of the SDR function as part of the go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B (SaaS) sales, including end-to-end sales management.
- At least 2+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Strategic thinker with a strong execution focus.
- Experience with data-driven sales processes, CRM systems, and modern outbound methods.
- Strong Stakeholder management and C-Level presentation Skills.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, business-fluent in German and English.
