What you will do
- Develop executive-level relationships across strategic customers.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and exceed annual sales targets.
- Navigate complex sales processes and create compelling business cases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within strategic accounts.
- Help build the foundation and processes for customer-facing teams at hirify.global.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience in a SaaS business, ideally focused on Enterprise.
- Experience in selling to technical audiences.
- Ability to close complex sales cycles and multi-thread across multiple departments.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business.
- Problem-solving skills, a great attitude, and a resilient mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with UX/UI design principles.
- Experience selling collaboration tools.
- Proficiency with sales and marketing automation tools.
