Account Executive, Enterprise, Mandarin Speaking (Singapore)

What you will do

• Develop executive-level relationships with strategic enterprise customers.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and exceed annual sales targets.
• Navigate complex sales processes using Command of the Message and MEDDIC.
• Create sophisticated business cases that demonstrate product value to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales effectiveness.
• Help establish customer-facing sales processes and promote Figma to existing and new customers.

Requirements

• Mandarin-speaking communication skills.
• 8+ years of sales experience in a SaaS business, ideally in enterprise sales.
• Experience selling to technical audiences and closing complex, multi-department sales cycles.
• Ability to prioritize competing customer demands and balance them with business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and a constructive attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with UX/UI design principles.
• Experience selling collaboration tools.
• Proficiency with sales and marketing automation tools.
