What you will do

• Manage and grow a high-revenue book of business in assigned hirify.global markets, focusing on revenue and reservation growth.
• Act as a market expert on boutique fitness and wellness, monitoring supply health and inventory availability.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with diverse partners (top, medium, lower tier accounts).
• Prospect and sell new fitness and wellness studios and partners onto the platform.
• Drive adoption and retention of hirify.global products among studio partners using Salesforce.
• Deliver outstanding service, conduct quarterly business reviews, and resolve transactional issues for partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management with a full understanding of the field and ability to resolve a wide range of issues creatively.
• 3+ years of experience in account management.
• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, and business acumen skills.
• Familiarity with interpreting performance metrics and developing creative solutions.
• Expertise in boutique fitness and wellness markets.
• Right to work in Malaysia required.
