What you will do

• Own the business automation strategy end-to-end, aligned to company priorities.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to redesign manual workflows across functions (e.g., Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, HR).
• Actively design and build automations using AI, workflow automation, and integration platforms.
• Apply AI pragmatically to business problems (e.g., process automation, document handling, reporting, forecasting, decision support).
• Partner closely with functional leaders to uncover pain points and translate them into automation opportunities and technical solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a small automation team, setting standards for solution quality, documentation, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading business automation, operations transformation, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato) and data integration/APIs.
• Experience with AI-powered tools, including LLMs, document processing, agents, and analytics.
• Ability to work comfortably across business and technical domains.
• Experience leading small teams while remaining deeply hands-on.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-growing or AI-driven companies.
• Background in operations, analytics, engineering, or product.
• Experience building internal platforms or automation centres of excellence.
• Salesforce integration experience.
