What you will do

• Analyze operational and performance data to inform strategic decision-making.
• Execute bespoke data analyses and visualizations for internal stakeholders, ensuring data quality.
• Lead the execution of ongoing process operations across department programs.
• Drive operational improvement initiatives to streamline internal processes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Manage timelines and drive assigned deliverables to completion across various department programs and special initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant work and/or internship experience.
• Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex tasks and develop logical solutions.
• Collaborative team player.
• Must be comfortable working remotely/work from home anywhere within the US.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Intense attention to detail and data quality assurance.
• Familiarity with value-based care contracts.
• Experience using Tableau, Monday.com, and Google Suite.
