Location: Mountain View, California; San Diego, California

Salary: $197,500 - $267,000 (Bay Area, California), $190,500 - $257,500 (Southern California)

What you will do

  • Run the operating system for the hirify.global Business Credit Card, including MBRs, Priority Reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Identify execution gaps and accelerate the acquisition, activation, and usage of the BCC.
  • Build a cohesive long-term strategy for Lending and the Business Credit Card, including customer segmentation and product evolution.
  • Translate complexity into actionable insights, ensuring teams understand priorities and success measures.
  • Partner deeply with Product leaders, Risk, and Biz Ops to elevate the rigor of the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in strategy & business operations, product strategy, consulting, or operating roles in high-growth technology environments.
  • SaaS or fintech experience preferred, with rapid mastery of lending and credit concepts.
  • Proven ability to run an operating system: drive a cadence, create clarity, instill accountability, and manage a portfolio of initiatives.
  • Strong structured problem-solving, ability to define choices, and comfort navigating multi-stakeholder complexity.
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
