What you will do

  • Engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the hirify.global Customer 360 platform.
  • Build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and C-suite decision makers within your assigned accounts.
  • Develop opportunities through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal hirify.global resources to meet customer business needs.
  • Drive growth within existing assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Average of 5-10 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in the SaaS field.
  • Proven experience in managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, as well as acquiring new logo accounts (Hunter role).
  • Ability to build and deliver professional presentations to customers.
  • Ability to strategize effectively with a large extended team.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States due to specified locations.
