What you will do
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Europe, targeting high-growth AI and infrastructure teams.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for both cloud-native and enterprise customers.
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, and Founders to shape go-to-market messaging and feedback loops.
- Navigate technical conversations around synchronization accuracy, AI workload reliability, and distributed system performance.
- Represent Clockwork at industry events, AI/ML conferences, and customer briefings.
Requirements
- Experience in selling infrastructure solutions to large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of modern cloud-native architectures (e.g., Cloud, Kubernetes), observability, data infrastructure.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a competitive technical sales environment.
- Ability to manage complex sales processes and communicate value to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience selling into the UK and/or Middle East markets preferred.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of or deep familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure.
- Prior experience working with engineering or data science teams.
