Knowledge Management Lead (Fintech): Defining and executing the servicing strategy to enable high quality experiences within the Operations organization with an accent on operational readiness, streamlined workflows, and optimized knowledge systems. Focus on building technical resources, overseeing end-to-end design and delivery of training programs, and championing global readiness for product launches, program expansion, and regulatory changes.

Location: Remote Canada. You can work almost anywhere within the country of employment.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for hirify.global's servicing operations in lockstep with servicing leaders.
• Lead transformation initiatives leveraging Lean Six Sigma and data-driven methodologies to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Architect and evolve the knowledge ecosystem, ensuring resources are accurate, engaging, and accessible.
• Oversee the end-to-end design and delivery of training programs, measuring effectiveness through feedback loops.
• Drive insights using metrics, dashboards, and qualitative feedback to continuously assess workflows and training impact.
• Lead and coach augmented staff to deliver world-class content and learning experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, experience enablement, knowledge management, or training leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable impact across efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS platforms, or AI-driven knowledge tools).
• Strong background in regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, or consumer lending.
• Exceptional influence and communication skills to engage executives and align diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Global perspective with experience supporting vendor/partner operations and distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% to support global sites and vendor partners.
