TL;DR

Partnerships Director (Climate Tech): Building and scaling hirify.global’s partner ecosystem with an accent on establishing and managing strategic partnerships to generate significant annual pipeline. Focus on designing partnership strategy, originating deals with major consultancies and SIs, and enabling partners to market and sell solutions effectively.

Location: London, UK. Work will be onsite with weekly team lunches in the London office.

Salary: Competitive base salary and uncapped commission plan.

What you will do

  • Design and execute hirify.global’s partnership strategy, focusing on consultancies and global SIs.
  • Initiate and negotiate partnership agreements to unlock pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders at partner organizations.
  • Ensure partners are equipped to market, sell, and deliver hirify.global’s solutions effectively.
  • Act as the voice of the partner ecosystem, sharing market trends and competitive insights.
  • Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team as the function scales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building strategic partnerships from scratch with Big 4 firms and/or global SIs like Accenture.
  • Demonstrable impact on revenue generation, including managing partner-sourced pipeline of $1M+ annually.
  • A hands-on, “get it done” attitude with exceptional relationship-building skills and executive presence.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions and partner economics.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Must have legal right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Sustainability Tech.
  • German language skills.
