TL;DR

Head Of People Operations: Managing HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle at a high-growth tech company with an accent on ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. Location: Hybrid role in San Francisco office (Tues, Weds, Thurs in office)

Salary: $178.5K – $210K

What you will do

  • Own and continuously improve HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system integrity in our tools.
  • Partner with IT, Legal, and Finance to operationalize compliance, audits, and policy updates.
  • Serve as business owner for People Systems (HRIS, ATS, Headcount Planning, Notion).
  • Stand up our reporting and analytics frameworks that give leaders insight into headcount, attrition, and workforce metrics.
  • Partner with the CFO and FP&A on headcount forecasting and reconciliation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally in high-growth, multi-state tech companies.
  • Strength in systems thinking, process design, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience managing or building People systems (specifically Rippling).
  • Understands compensation cycles, audits, and data accuracy.
  • Skilled communicator who brings calm, clarity, and structure to complexity.
  • Builder mindset — loves creating scalable systems more than maintaining existing systems.
