What you will do

• Define and execute engineering strategy, ensuring scalability and success.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multiple global engineering teams.
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of product and platform initiatives.
• Guide system architecture evolution and champion modern technologies.
• Partner with Product, QA, DevOps, and executive stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, promoting best practices in security and release management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in modern architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and microservices.
• Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies, CI/CD practices, and engineering metrics.
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple geographies.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming, fintech, or platform-as-a-service industries.
• Familiarity with payments infrastructure, user-facing APIs, or developer tools.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
