What you will do

• Help customers succeed and build successful relationships from pre-sales to roll out and beyond.
• Conduct successful proof of concepts and solve customer problems in getting up and running.
• Actively contribute to customer stability, enablement, and growth.
• Act as an ambassador for hirify.global by writing technical blogs, conducting webinars, sponsoring meetups, or giving technical talks.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.

Requirements

• Experience working in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
• Fluency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, Go, or Ruby.
• Ability to understand customers’ technical requirements at an architectural level and propose solutions using hirify.global’s services.
• Experience implementing proof of concepts as needed to work with hirify.global services to address business requirements.
• Knowledgeable of public clouds (AWS, Google, or Azure) in areas of compute, storage, networking, and security groups.
• Demonstrable experience using various Linux utilities and tools and a good grasp of networking basics like DNS.
• A relatively deep conceptual and hands-on understanding of Apache Kafka, Apache Cassandra, Clickhouse, PostgreSQL, MySQL, OpenSearch, or Redis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
