Strategic Account Executive (AI-Native Digital Experience Platform): Growing relationships with hirify.global’s largest and most strategic Enterprise customers, deeply understand their challenges, and develop a solution and plan to achieve their goals with hirify.global with an accent on building, managing, and forecasting a healthy enterprise pipeline of large and complex transactions. Focus on articulating hirify.global’s vision, platform capabilities, competitive advantages, and business value clearly and compellingly, while also collaborating cross-functionally to support seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing growth.

Location: Remote-first (United States; BC, Canada). Must be based in Pacific or Mountain time zone

Salary: $316,000 - $395,000 (USD)

What you will do

  • Grow relationships with hirify.global’s largest and most strategic Enterprise customers, deeply understand their challenges, and develop a solution and plan to achieve their goals with hirify.global.
  • Build, manage, and forecast a healthy enterprise pipeline of large and complex transactions — from outbound prospecting to multi-stakeholder close.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Economic Buyers, Champions, and key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts.
  • Lead and coordinate onsite customer meetings from prospecting, to agenda, meeting content, preparation, and execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Design, Education and Engineering to inform go-to-market strategy and deliver a cohesive customer experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying experience, including 3+ years closing complex enterprise deals at larger organizations with a Strategic or Major account focus.
  • Proven success selling a disruptive SaaS product into large, sophisticated buyer environments.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Proven ability to navigate enterprise procurement cycles, legal processes, and multi-threaded stakeholder environments.
