Location: Remote-first (United States; ON, Canada). Must be based in Central or Eastern time zone. Travel required up to 25%.
Salary: United States: $280,000 - $310,000 USD (OTE). Canada (ON): $335,000 - $374,500 CAD (OTE).

What you will do
- Grow relationships with hirify.global’s largest and most strategic Enterprise customers.
- Build, manage, and forecast a healthy enterprise pipeline of large and complex transactions.
- Establish and nurture relationships with Economic Buyers, Champions, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate onsite customer meetings from prospecting to execution.
- Negotiate annual and multi-year SaaS agreements that align value and pricing.
- Partner cross-functionally to inform go-to-market strategy and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of quota-carrying experience, including 3+ years closing complex enterprise deals.
- Proven success selling a disruptive SaaS product into large buyer environments.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Proven ability to navigate enterprise procurement cycles, legal processes, and multi-threaded stakeholder environments.
- Must have valid right to work authorization depending on the country of employment.
