What you will do

  • Build relationships with CIOs, IT executives, and other important partners.
  • Drive value-based growth and expand hirify.global' footprint within strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Track customer details and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Use a solution-based approach to selling hirify.global' Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Build internal and external success plans for accounts.

Requirements

  • Previously excelled in an early-stage company with limited oversight.
  • Previous field sales experience within big data, Cloud, SaaS, and a consumption selling motion.
  • Prior customer relationships with CIOs, program managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Ability to simplify technical capabilities into value-based benefits.
  • 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience exceeding quotas in larger accounts.
  • Experience managing a small set of enterprise accounts.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
