What you will do
- Troubleshoot application issues within Capture, specifically focusing on eInvoice-related problems escalated from other departments.
- Support customers, partners, and consultants in resolving application-related problems, providing clear, timely, and detailed explanations.
- Stay up to date with new features and product developments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of support cases, resolutions, and technical details.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as part of ongoing personal and professional growth.
- Proficiency in both Polish and English (spoken and written) required for communication with an international team and customers.
- A solid general understanding of technology and comfort with working in technical environments.
- Experience working with SQL, XML, and JSON.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes of technical problems.
- A focus on customer satisfaction and an understanding of the importance of delivering clear, effective support.
