Salary: $110,000–$150,000/per year

What you will do
- Conduct in-depth market research to assess demand, competitive landscapes, and barriers to entry in new and existing markets.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, and sales teams to align market development efforts with product roadmaps and compliance requirements.
- Develop and grow a network of public and private sector stakeholders to promote Starlink’s growth in the region.
- Build a pipeline of commercial opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team and work with product engineering to iterate on and improve SpaceX offerings.
- Ensure adherence to administrative regulations and timely address compliance-related matters.
- Identify, nurture, and close strategic connectivity opportunities with high-impact customers as part of corporate and social responsibility efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, international relations, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs within the telecommunications, satellite, or technology sectors.
- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), Refugee, or Asylee to conform to U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Nice to have
- 5+ years’ experience in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs within the telecommunications, satellite, or technology sectors.
- Experience with global spectrum management, international trade, or business operations.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and influence policy decisions at senior levels.
- Strong analytical skills in business with experience in market modeling, financial forecasting, and competitive intelligence.
- Fluency in French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, or Spanish in addition to English.
