• Manage and support a team of field engineers across various geographies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or field technology leadership.
• Proven success bridging technical and commercial domains, ideally in SaaS, embedded systems, or developer-focused products.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, Linux, bare-metal, and device-level engineering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product direction through customer insights.
