Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do
- Partner with the VP of Technical Solutions to execute divisional strategy and multi-quarter operating plans.
- Establish and evolve the KPI framework and executive-level dashboards for technical delivery teams.
- Oversee departmental budget, forecast variances, and lead financial modeling for new investments.
- Design and implement scalable operational processes, workflows, and playbooks to support growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of operational and technical program management professionals.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between Engineering, Product, Sales, and Finance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical operations or business operations within B2B SaaS or cloud environments.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role with direct P&L or budget ownership.
- Proven track record as a Director or equivalent strategic operator.
- Deep experience designing KPI frameworks and operational dashboards.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud technologies: Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Intune, or M365.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT organizations or MSP channel businesses.
- Background in Solutions Engineering or Technical Support operations.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or Power BI.
