What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Technical Solutions to execute divisional strategy and multi-quarter operating plans.
• Establish and evolve the KPI framework and executive-level dashboards for technical delivery teams.
• Oversee departmental budget, forecast variances, and lead financial modeling for new investments.
• Design and implement scalable operational processes, workflows, and playbooks to support growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational and technical program management professionals.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between Engineering, Product, Sales, and Finance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical operations or business operations within B2B SaaS or cloud environments.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with direct P&L or budget ownership.
• Proven track record as a Director or equivalent strategic operator.
• Deep experience designing KPI frameworks and operational dashboards.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud technologies: Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Intune, or M365.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT organizations or MSP channel businesses.
• Background in Solutions Engineering or Technical Support operations.
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or Power BI.
