What you will do
- Prospect and manage leads to build a robust pipeline.
- Focus on closing business with companies that have 51-1000 employees.
- Manage and report sales pipeline within the CRM.
- Network to attract and influence Partner sales.
- Recruit and onboard new partners to drive demand generation.
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver events and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience (IT security product experience is desirable).
- Experience at a high-growth startup company is desirable.
- Proven track record of driving partner growth and revenue.
- Knowledge and strong relationships with SMB and SME-focused resellers and MSP partners.
- German and English proficiency REQUIRED.
