Salary: 288,000–432,000 PLN

What you will do

  • Lead technical discussions and develop effective solutions with leads and architects.
  • Foster a high-performance, cost-effective culture and act as a technology evangelist.
  • Contribute hands-on to software design, development, and integration.
  • Oversee a Scrum team, ensuring success through Agile principles and leadership.
  • Drive organizational efficiency via industry best practices for SaaS products.
  • Manage team workload, hiring, performance evaluation, and continuous development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience building high-scale, high-load distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with C#, Javascript, Python.
  • Fluency in Cloud native architecture (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP).
  • Ability to motivate teams and improve efficiency under pressure.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with or leading teams utilizing LLM, RAG, AI Agents, embeddings.
