What you will do
- Drive net new pipeline and ARR for the DACH region via a book of channel partners, specifically resellers and VARs.
- Enable and build relationships with existing hirify.global partners.
- Direct a one-to-many approach to developing business within the region.
- Build one-to-one relationships with key partners across DACH.
- Manage your pipeline effectively, working alongside Account Executives in the business to close deals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of channel partner experience working within software/SaaS.
- Must be able to work 3 days per week in our Dublin or London office with 2 days at home
- Be fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Excellent cross-functional team player that can execute and can contribute to strategy.
- Highly driven self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment.
