Salary: $105,000–$125,000

What you will do

• Work with senior team members to balance business and user needs.
• Thrive in detail-oriented design tasks.
• Support the team in defining future product direction.
• Apply design process facets including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Product or User Experience Designer for complex digital products across mobile and web.
• Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving, design principles, and visual/UI design.
• Deep understanding of the design thinking process.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user journeys.
• Familiarity with building, maintaining, publishing, and documenting component libraries and design systems.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Comfort using AI tools in the design process.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Based in NYC and able to participate in our hybrid in-office culture.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial services or fintech.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Confluence, Jira, Github, and Agile methodologies.
• ADA / WCAG compliance experience.
