Salary: $235,000 – $280,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead the product design function and manage a small team of product designers.
• Ensure the consistent shipment of high-quality, usable product experiences.
• Own and evolve the product design system.
• Partner with product managers to define context, requirements, and research.
• Contribute directly as a hands-on designer to ship product work.
• Collaborate with engineering and brand partners to maintain the quality bar across the product.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Recent hands-on experience shipping product design work.
• Exceptional UX and visual design sense.
• Experience owning end-to-end design, including design systems.
• Proven people management experience.
• Must be based in the Americas.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools in design workflow and prototyping.
