SLED Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Developing and closing new business opportunities within SLED accounts with an accent on enterprise sales, pipeline development, and complex sales negotiation. Focus on demonstrating value based on customer pain points, ensuring data accuracy in sales systems, and overachieving new annual recurring revenue quotas.

Location: Remote within Northern California, USA. US-specific benefits are offered, including 401(k) eligibility and US health insurance.

Salary: $148,750–$175,000 USD (Base salary range, eligible for bonus and RSUs).

What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global solutions to SLED agencies with the goal of overachieving new annual recurring revenue quota.
  • Manage Enterprise Accounts from initial conversations through contract signing and up-selling.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities within Enterprise Accounts to maintain sufficient pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and expansion sale opportunities.
  • Document results and maintain accurate data across all sales systems (Salesforce, Highspot, Close Plan).
  • Act as a voice for the customer/prospect with internal teams to ensure appropriate prioritization to close more revenue.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of direct enterprise sales experience prospecting and closing SLED accounts.
  • Proven track record of success closing new Account Logos and growing existing customer accounts.
  • Skill in negotiating with large organizations and closing complex sales.
  • Proven performer with consistent over quota performance and/or top 5% of sales organization.
  • Conversant in key areas such as security, email, cloud, and AI.
  • Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel.
  • Candidate must live in territory (Northern California, USA).
