What you will do

• Identify potential partners, lead sales negotiations, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting business relationships with partners.
• Develop a B2B2C strategy: advise partners and support their integration and growth on the platform.
• Monitor partners' business results and implement KPI-based optimizations.
• Collaborate with other departments (product team, design, marketing, etc.) as well as with colleagues from other countries.

Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of experience in key account management and/or sales development.
• You speak Spanish at advance level and can hold conversations in English with confidence.
• You are a talented communicator and you find it easy to build a professional network.
• CTRs, ROI, AOV plus other online advertising metrics and can present them convincingly to your partners.
• You are available for trips to Mexico between 1 or 2 times per year.
• Affiliate marketing knowledge is a plus.
