What you will do

  • Identify potential partners, lead sales negotiations, close deals, and onboard new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting business relationships as the main point of contact for partners
  • Develop and advise on B2B2C strategies to support partner integration and growth
  • Monitor partner business results and implement KPI-based optimizations
  • Collaborate with product, design, marketing teams, and international colleagues

Requirements

  • Location: São Paulo, Brazil
  • At least 1 year of experience in key account management or sales development
  • Spanish: advanced level required
  • English: conversational confidence required
  • Experience with Mexican market and availability for 1-2 trips per year to Mexico
  • Strong communication and professional networking skills
