What you will do

• Act as the IT technical lead for employee systems and internal productivity platforms, mentoring IT analysts.
• Own the architecture, administration, and lifecycle of core SaaS platforms including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira/Confluence.
• Design and build AI-powered, agentic IT applications to automate support and enhance employee productivity.
• Administer Okta for SSO, SAML/OIDC, user lifecycle management, and build automation with Okta Workflows.
• Oversee provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning of macOS and Windows endpoints, including MDM solutions.
• Lead strategic IT initiatives, own incident management, and ensure endpoint compliance with security standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive IT systems or desktop engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira & Confluence administration.
• Strong experience with Okta administration, including SAML/OIDC, group rules, lifecycle management, and Okta Workflows.
• Hands-on experience building automation and AI-driven workflows, ideally with Atlassian Rovo or similar agentic platforms.
• Expertise with macOS and Windows endpoints in enterprise environments and MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Workspace ONE).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, basic networking (TCP/IP), and endpoint security solutions.
