What you will do
- Own the entire sales process from initial prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing for new logos.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for existing clients to drive upsell and cross-sell revenue.
- Act as a subject matter expert on FinTech trends, regulatory changes, and digital transformation needs.
- Build and maintain relationships across multiple business units and levels within financial institutions.
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams to customize solutions that meet industry standards.
- Maintain a high level of CRM hygiene and provide accurate quarterly revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales, specifically selling into the Financial Services sector (Banking, FinTech, Insurance, or Capital Markets).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas and closing six-figure or seven-figure deals.
- Proficiency in a structured sales framework (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler).
- Ability to speak the language of Finance, understanding P&L impact, ROI modeling, and the regulatory landscape (GDPR, SOC2, etc.).
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (approx. 25%).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
