Senior Partnerships Manager (APAC): Manage and grow relationships with strategic technology and agency partners in the APAC region, including ISVs, development, digital marketing, and e-commerce agencies. Focus on driving joint revenue initiatives, coordinating sales cycles, and evolving partners into fully engaged hirify.global service providers.

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of technology, mid-market and enterprise-level agency and tech partnerships, focusing on revenue accountability and long-term strategic alignment.
- Lead monthly cadence calls with top partners to review pipeline, co-selling opportunities, and ongoing initiatives.
- Coordinate joint sales cycles, working closely with hirify.global AEs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers to deliver a seamless merchant experience.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, actively managing opportunity follow-up and reporting.
- Support the transformation of referral partners into hirify.global-certified service partners via the Partner Academy and enablement tracks.
- Represent hirify.global at industry conferences and travel regularly (~25%) in APAC.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of partnerships experience, ideally with a background in enterprise partnerships, enterprise sales, or strategic account management.
- Have a strong network in the APAC e-commerce community, bonus points if you’re a big name in the Shopify ecosystem.
- Manage your own day-to-day schedule and working hours to do your best work, while benefiting from continuous support and coaching from your manager.
- Experience working with or selling into large companies or navigating complex, multi-stakeholder agency relationships.
- A revenue-driven mindset, comfortable tracking pipeline, forecasting, and contributing to sales outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external executives.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Shopify ecosystem, working with eCommerce platforms or merchants, or having technical acumen to speak fluently about the hirify.global ecosystem and integration model.
