What you will do
- Lead and foster a successful team of motivated and diverse individuals.
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings, driving meaningful relationships.
- Assist in continual training, mentorship, hiring, and career growth for the team.
- Shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives.
- Deliver weekly forecast meetings and advise Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goal.
- Interview, hire, and train new team members to scale the business.
Requirements
- 15+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS) and 5+ years of management experience.
- Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams.
- Understanding of the technical and competitive landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
- Must attend in-person onboarding.
