TL;DR

Lead Americas Partner Marketing (SaaS): Driving growth across the Americas channel ecosystem, including resellers, VARs, and distributors, with an accent on co-marketing programs, strategic field activations, and scalable partner enablement. Focus on expanding hirify.global’ reach, strengthening brand presence, and amplifying sales momentum across diverse markets.

Location: This is a hybrid role that will be based in Boston, MA and requires an in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

Salary: $109,100 - $143,220 USD. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.

What you will do

  • Build joint marketing plans with key distributors, top resellers and strategic VARs to drive MQCs, SAOs and pipeline.
  • Develop localized GTM motions for NA & LATAM markets, tailor messaging and adapt program assets.
  • Advise or execute high-impact co-marketing programs, including webinars, roundtables, digital campaigns, partner-led events and industry sponsorships.
  • Drive through-partner marketing using campaign-in-a-box assets, content syndication and distributor-led amplification.
  • Manage MDF planning, approvals, and ROI, ensuring investments ladder into the regional revenue plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners' visibility in the hirify.global ecosystem & vice versa.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in a Partner marketing role, such as channels, Resellers, Tech (ISV), and SI partnerships.
  • Experience in marketing Technology and SaaS businesses.
  • Ability to bring multiple teams together to drive co-marketing campaigns.
  • Creative thinking, self-driven & having a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, consistently meet deadlines and adeptly manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and various tools for effective planning & execution of marketing campaigns.
