What you will do

• Develop and execute AI‑enhanced marketing initiatives across performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, social media, and product marketing.
• Use AI tools, predictive analytics, and automation to optimise campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality brand messaging across all channels, leveraging AI for content generation, testing, and personalisation.
• Optimise existing channels (email, social, website, paid media) using automation, segmentation, and real‑time performance insights.
• Implement a culture of experimentation using A/B testing, machine‑learning insights, and performance dashboards.
• Support the development of AI‑powered go‑to‑market strategies that drive product adoption and business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns end‑to-end, ideally in SaaS or AI‑driven environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and AI‑based marketing tools.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset.
• Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must provide your own workstation, computer, and headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection.
