What you will do
- Own and optimize paid acquisition across PLG channels, focusing on SEM/paid search and other paid channels.
- Manage multi-million dollar media budgets targeting CAC efficiency and return on ad spend.
- Drive continuous optimization and rigorous A/B and multivariate testing culture.
- Scale successful channels and lead expansion into new paid acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Data teams to develop high-performing ad assets and measurement infrastructure.
- Build incrementality testing frameworks and track full-funnel metrics.
Requirements
- Location: Must work from Foster City, CA office with hybrid schedule (M, W, F).
- 7+ years of performance marketing experience with expertise in SEM/paid search and other paid channels.
- Proven ability to improve existing paid acquisition programs and drive growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution models, incrementality, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience marketing consumer or prosumer SaaS products with product-led growth or freemium models.
- Creative instincts backed by data for briefing and evaluating creative assets.
