Senior Partner Marketing Manager (Marketing): Lead partner marketing initiatives to accelerate growth through National Partners and Distribution channels with an accent on scalable program design, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Hybrid with preferred US remote excluding Bay Area and New York City; work restricted to United States.

Salary: $123,000 - $186,000 annually depending on location.

What you will do

  • Program manage Partner Forums to engage partner engineers from awareness to advocacy.
  • Own marketing roadmaps for National Partners and Distributors aligned with sales quotas and brand.
  • Design marketing-to-partner initiatives including sales incentives and engagement events.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint value propositions and sales narratives.
  • Manage diverse marketing activities from executive roundtables to automated digital demand generation.
  • Strategically manage Market Development Fund to optimize partner program ROI and track performance using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States excluding Bay Area and New York City.
  • 7+ years experience in Partner Marketing managing National Partners and Distributors.
  • Expertise in scalable programmatic marketing frameworks and campaign asset development.
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Networking sectors and channel landscape.
  • Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with executive presence.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of commercial and mid-market segment partner marketing plays.
  • Ability to develop creative sales and marketing content or manage creative agencies.
