What you will do
- Qualify inbound digital leads from various channels and evaluate them as potential customers.
- Initiate first contact with prospects, generate interest, and gather key information.
- Nurture leads through continuous communication to build long-term relationships.
- Transfer qualified leads to the sales team via CRM, ensuring smooth handover and follow-up.
- Conduct data-driven analyses on lead quality, pipeline status, and processing efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation processes and implement strategies.
- Contribute to developing and executing the digital sales strategy, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales development or digital sales, including customer relationship management.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a proactive approach.
- Strong organizational skills in sales planning, appointment coordination, and reporting.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot expertise is a significant advantage).
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with data and performance metrics.
- Fluent in English (B2).
