What you will do
- Lead and develop a regional team including Account Managers, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success specialists.
- Define and execute regional sales strategies to ensure sustainable revenue growth and customer expansion.
- Develop and implement 90-day sales plans and strategic account plans aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Participate in customer meetings to understand needs, shape solutions, and deliver value-driven outcomes.
- Work closely with Solution Engineers on proposals, demos, and use-case reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a track record of planning, coaching, and scaling sales teams.
- Customer-focused with understanding of how long-term relationships drive success.
- Experience selling complex software or SaaS solutions and are comfortable navigating technical conversations.
- Strategic thinker with excellence at sales planning, forecasting, and translating strategy into clear execution plans.
- Strong communicator who can build trust with senior stakeholders and lead with confidence.
- People leader who knows how to hire, coach, mentor, and motivate teams while fostering accountability and collaboration.
