TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Hrtech): Prospecting and nurturing business relationships to generate new business opportunities with an accent on executing marketing campaigns and communicating with potential customers. Focus on identifying key decision-makers, determining buying readiness and timelines, and capturing data in the Salesforce CRM system.

Location: Must be located in the Sydney Metro Area and willing to work in the Sydney office at least two days a week.

Salary: $55,000 - $80,500 per annum plus 30% variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Prospect, identify, initiate, develop, and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Perform timely outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (i.e. email etc.) to prospect new opportunities.
  • Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness, and timelines.
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences.
  • Network with market influencers, consultants, and partners.

Requirements

  • Have 1+ years of experience in lead generation or outbound sales.
  • Show a strong interest in or experience working for a SaaS organization.
  • Be passionate about people and building relationships.
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be an enthusiastic, reliable, and independent self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Be driven as an individual contributor, but love to collaborate as part of a team.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience or knowledge in HR or with HR tech-related platforms.
