What you will do

• Define technical strategy and roadmap for building in-house solutions for critical internal workflows.
• Partner closely with product management, design, and other engineering teams to build end-to-end, AI-powered solutions.
• Eliminate technical risk by solving the most technically challenging issues and complex development tasks.
• Drive team best practices for engineering excellence, including design quality, operational reviews, and incident management.
• Serve as the technical leader for a team of software engineers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of technical leadership and impact.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience, serving as the technical owner for software systems.
• Experience designing and building end-to-end, full-stack cloud-native applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Customer obsession and a product engineering mindset.
